I felt compelled to write to you today to let you know what an enormously positive impact you & your materials have had. I went with Semiologic for all the obvious SEO reasons knowing that as a newbie there would be bumps along the way. Unfortunately, what I experienced was silence. Time after time my questions went unanswered. The ones I did receive a reply to I could wrap my head around being as new as I was.

Fortunately I was determined to find an answer & that is where I found Semiologic Video Tutorials. Not only was that a really pleasant surprise, but to find that you were not only open to fielding emails & the occasional call to get questions answered, but you're available seemingly around the clock (It's been like having a personal coach at times.)

I think it'd be crazy for anyone using Semiologic not to get everything you've put together. I mean crazy. Choosing Semiologic's a great choice, for certain. Going one step further by acquiring your expansive list of video tutorials just makes sense.
